Food is fresh, authentic and deliciously made. Awesome ambiance and their service is excellent!! Their waiters are the friendliest and will do their best to accommodate your dietary demands. I'm vegetarian and that's my go to Italian restaurant!!

La Sorrentina is an excellent restaurant! Whether you're in the mood for pizza or a nice Italian entree, La Sorrentina has quality eats. I've dined there for many years! The staff is so friendly and accommodating. Every Christmas Eve, we order trays of food. The pasta bolognese, Chicken Sorrentina with eggplant, and Chicken Parm are big hits with my family. I also love the tiramisu, it's one of the best I've tasted. Can't wait to visit again for my next pizza/panini fix!

The night of Thanksgiving Eve it was moderately busy both in the restaurant and take out orders, yet the staff was always very attentive, the food was supremely fresh and hot from the oven, everything was delicious and couldn't have been happier with the experience. It was a little cold because everyone kept coming in and out so i recommend sitting along the windows if possible, otherwise brave it out cause everything is just that good!!!!

Bustling restaurant serving family groups, couples and individual diners! Outstanding food in plentiful servings were served piping hot! Lasagna layered with ricotta cheese, meat and sauce tasted marvelous! Bolognese sauce with linguine had generous amounts of sauce and meat. Servers were knowledgeable, energetic and enthusiastic. We totally enjoyed this place! The only down side was the noise level! I think the metal ceiling bounces the sound around and amplifies it.

This restaurant has been on my list for quite some time and we finally visited. I will say, the place is small but has tons of seating and you don't feel cramped. We were greeted and seated immediately. Our server bought us fresh warm bread and butter, which I loved. We ordered their Bosco small pizza that came with 6 slices. The pizza was really good, you could tell the ingredients were fresh. The pizza was a little watery (I'm guessing from the sauce) but overall, the flavors were there. Towards the end of our dining experience, it was someone's birthday so we joined in on the celebration and accidentally dropped a glass bottle of olive oil that was positioned on the table. The staff and possible manager came over right away to check on us and offered us a new table. We declined due to us being done but it was very nice for them to be so proactive and kind during our experience. We will definitely come back to try other options.

We have constantly heard people raving about this place and we figured since it is so close to home why not finally go try it out. We went in around dinner time and the place was completely packed! After a short wait we were sat, all the waiters had noticed we were waiting and would check in periodically to ensure we were okay which was super nice. Once seated our server went over the menu briefly since it was our first time. We had some questions that he was able to answer and honestly we had no regrets. The fried mozzarella was not on the menu but we had seen it on someone's table and had requested it, it's usually part of a sampler they have. The fried calamari was great as well and the paired marinara sauce was pure perfection. We also ordered a Margarita pizza and the lobster ravioli which simply was probably the best version of either dish we've had in a while. While the place is a bit small for the business it gets it definitely feels homey and we will be coming back !

Yeah my favorite spot for casual Italian in New Jersey! The food is just incredible :-) They also also have a great selection of wines to pair with their food and incredible service! Highly recommend! They don't take reservations, so be sure that you come early and can get a spot but it's well worth the wait if you can't !! My favorite is the chicken and eggplant and of course, their tiramisu and coffee

We got take out but their margarita pizza was amazing! Ordering take out was a breeze, the staff answering the phone was super attentive and nice. I will be back to try the rest of the menu, I believe it is also BYOB which is a huge plus!

When I arrived I parked on the street nearby. I walked in and was greeted. The restaurant was very busy and the service was good. My clients wanted this for lunch, and I ordered the margarita pizza for myself. The food was ready and I paid and left. When I dug in, the pizza was really tasty, and it was more than enough! I had a good experience.
